John Cashmore (Bio dynamic farmer),

I'm a person who has lived all my life on the land and cleared and developed new land (i.e. virgin bush).  This has enabled me to see the imbalance created from first clearing the bush which brought about rising water tables bringing up salt and collapsed soils from plough shears, chemicals, nitrates and a lot of the toxins used in conventional farming.  I sought to reverse this degradation.  
In time I read and then learned how to farm Bio Dynamically. I had to first build a stirring machine and boom spray large enough to cover my comparatively large area of land, in order to apply the "500" - the key to bio-dynamics. I am naturally skilled at mechanical engineering.  Alex Podolinski believes my equipment to be the largest and best in the world.  I'm always learning with the aim to farm better, more sustainably, easier,yet not at the price of our future and or environment. I always try to build and consolidate, never take and destroy.
