Helen Parker, Naturopath C.M.A..
Graduating from The College of Somatic Studies in 1985 Helen is a
registered naturopath with the Complementary Medicine Association. Her
study has included Physiology, Biochemistry, Nutritional Chemistry and
Iridology (the study of the iris of the eye).
Using an Iriscope to magnify the iris of the eye, much may be revealed.
For example merely the specific colours of the eye (iris) can show if
there is a toxic load in the body and which organs are affected by
this.
With the crisis in the medical profession, hospitals full to
overflowing, lengthy waiting lists for surgery and people being treated
for conditions caused by the side effects of their medications, Helen
feels there is a n ever increasing need for preventive medicine.
Now living in Northam with her partner Doug a research scientist, Helen
conducts a naturopathic practice from her home ‘Seymour’ in Duke Street
Northam. Her work includes iridology, nutrition, Metaphysical Healing
(Reiki Pranic Healing) and 2009 will see a return to Guided Meditation
and Relaxation classes and the introduction of Green Cuisine healthy
living courses which reaffirm the words of Hippocrates the father of
medicine, when he said ‘Let thy food be thy medicine’.
Helen will be speaking at the expo this year on The Five Secrets of Wellness and Longevity. Come along and meet her and learn how you can improve the health of you and your family
